Twenty-one years ago, a young Kelly Ripa and Mark Consuelos locked eyes on the set of All My Children, and it's been a Hollywood fairy tale for them ever since. The happy couple's rock-solid relationship has lasted over two decades, a milestone they celebrated with adorable Instagram posts on Tuesday. "21 years of lit-ness. 🔥🔥 (sorry Lola)," Kelly joked to her 15-year-old daughter in her caption. "@instasuelos Happy Anniversary 💋I love you. Big!" On top of tropical selfies and photos from some of their picturesque hikes, the Live! cohost also sneaked in photos from what looks like a re-creation of their 1996 elopement in Las Vegas. Not to be outdone, Mark also shared a series of sweet snaps of him and Kelly, writing, "Yes!!! We did it!!! ❤️🌹🌹🌹 Happy 21st anniversary to my fave... I'll save the mushy stuff for when I see you .."
The pair have been in a long-distance relationship for the past year because Mark has been in LA for Pitch while Kelly films her talk show in NYC, but he assured E! News that the extralong commute is no big deal. "It's easy," he said. "The kids are older now, no more changing diapers, there's no midnight feeding, so it's easy. In the past, maybe I wouldn't take a job so far away, but it's good. It's really, really good." It was recently announced that the baseball drama isn't getting picked up for a second season and that Mark is headed to Riverdale (which films in Canada). Something tells us the distance will be no match for the bond he shares with Kelly and their three children Michael, Lola, and Joaquin.
