Kelly Ripa Just Shared a Video of Her Post-Show Ritual (& It’s So Calming)

Kelly Ripa just documented her post-show ritual on social media, and it’s oddly mesmerizing. (You’ve been warned.)

Yesterday, the Live with Kelly and Ryan co-host, 49, posted several videos on her Instagram Story, featuring her solo stroll through what appears to be Central Park. The clip is set to George Gershwin’s classic song “Rhapsody in Blue,” and we can’t look away.

The video (screenshot above) shows Ripa’s perspective as she hikes through a jungle of trees, vines and fallen leaves. At one point, she even stumbles upon a wooden bench that looks straight out of a fairytale.

Since the POV clip was shared last night, we’re assuming the hike took place after the actress filmed yesterday’s episode of Live with Kelly and Ryan.

We’re kind of going out on a whim here, since Ripa hasn’t actually confirmed the post-show ritual. Not to mention, we’re not even sure that she was actually in Central Park. For all we know, the walk could have taken place in Ripa’s seemingly endless backyard. (Kidding…sorta.)

Still, this is the second time she’s posted a nature walk on her Instagram Story at dusk. And since Ripa recently returned to the studio to resume normal production on Live with Kelly and Ryan, it seems like an on-brand ritual for the Days of Our Lives alum.

The news comes just one day after we stumbled upon a video of Ripa’s pre-show banter with her co-host, Ryan Seacrest. In the clip, Ripa is walking through the halls of the Live with Kelly and Ryan studio, while Seacrest tells her about a dream he had the night before.

All in a day’s work.
