Kelly Ripa Celebrates Her Daughter Lola's Big Accomplishment With Rare Photos

Graduation season is upon us, and two of our favorite celebrity parents have something very special to celebrate. Kelly Ripa, host of Live with Kelly and Mark, and her co-host and husband, Riverdale actor Mark Consuelos, recently celebrated their daughter Lola’s graduation from New York University. The proud parents shared a series of photos to social media — featuring rare pictures of Lola and family snapshots with Kelly, Mark, and Lola's older brother, Michael Consuelos.

The 21-year-old aspiring music artist graduated from NYU’s famed Clive Davis Institute of Recorded Music at the Tisch School of The Arts with a bachelor’s degree in music and production.

The Tisch School is heralded as one of the best performing arts schools in the country, with a two-part admissions process and acceptance rate of under 20%. Some famous NYU Tisch alums are Adam Sandler, Kristen Bell, Alec Baldwin, Philip Seymour Hoffman, Lady Gaga, and more. Now, Lola has officially joined this group of alumni with her 2023 graduation.

While at Tisch, Lola released her first single, titled“Paranoia Silverlining,” which she independently produced. The R&B/Soul song dropped in April 2022.

To celebrate Lola’s big accomplishment, mom Kelly Ripa posted a series of graduation photos on Instagram, captioning, "Lola Gets! 🎓 #HappyGraduation and congrats @theyoungestyung … we are so proud of you 👏 👩🎓 🎉." The post was soundtracked to Ella Fitzgerald’s 1963 track “Whatever Lola Wants" — a fitting tribute to Lola’s hard work and ambition in achieving her degree. Mark, Lola's father, also posted the reel on his Instagram account.

Followers of Ripa are loving this rare glimpse into Lola’s life, saying:
