Kelis Says Her Car "Almost Fell Off A Cliff" Amid Intense California Snowstorms

Kelis was one of many Californians who got stranded in the snow this week.

Over the past few days, parts of the state have experienced an unprecedented amount of snow — that a lot of people just weren't prepared for.

The "Milkshake" musician was on a snowboarding trip with her children when her truck skidded into a very scary situation.

"My plan was to take the kids to the snow, but we almost fell off a cliff," Kelis captioned an Instagram video.

The truck ended up getting stuck while "hanging off a cliff" and a tow truck had to come rescue them.

Despite being stuck outside for "a while," everyone was okay, and Kelis appeared to be in good spirits in the video.

"God is good. And I figure if you're going to be in this situation, you should at least look your best," Kelis said before showing off her outfit — head light included!

Thankfully, the family was able to walk away from the potentially horrific accident, and Kelis now wants others to remember to always be prepared for inclement weather.

"Make the best of what ya got, and always be prepared lol," Kelis concluded.

Hopefully, Kelis and her crew will get to go snowboarding another time!
