On Friday, June 28th, Katharine McPhee married David Foster in London. The bride reportedly wore Zac Posen and her nuptials have us reminiscing on when the 35-year-old first came onto the scene in 2006 when "American Idol" cemented her as a household name.

At just 21 years old, McPhee wowed America with her beautiful singing voice and went on to win that year's runner-up title. After her "Idol" days were over, she took to acting in movies and on TV shows like "The House Bunny" and "CSI: NY," eventually landing starring roles in "SMASH" and "Scorpion," also making her a red carpet regular. Katharine starred in the play "Waitress" on London's West End from February 2019 until June 2019.

While McPhee used to gravitate toward solid colored dresses in primarily neutral hues, the starlet has grown to expand her wardrobe to sexier silhouettes and more striking options.

Our favorite look on the starlet has to be a more recent look of hers. Attending the Breast Cancer Research Foundation's Hot Pink Party just this past May, McPhee wore a pink Zac Posen gown that was embroidered with a black and grey floral pattern.
