Kate Moss To Decorate Brother's New Croydon Restaurant?

Well this is pretty exciting for the Croydon locals.

Kate Moss’ brother, Nick, has revealed that he is all set to open his own restaurant in the supermodel’s hometown, and Kate is more than supportive of his new business venture and may even chip in.

The family were brought up in Addiscombe, an area near Croydon, and Nick currently runs his own Vietnamese takeaway business from a van but admits that it was his childhood dream to open a restaurant of his own.

Now he has announced plans to open the eatery at Croydon’s upcoming Boxpark, a food and shopping haven near East Croydon station, made up of 97 shipping containers.

The Boxpark is due to open in the summer, which gives Nick plenty of time to plan the finer details of his venture with his big sister.

Speaking to the Croydon Advertiser, Nick explained: “Even as a teenager running my own restaurant was always a dream but the opportunity to turn that dream into a reality only arose when I bought the Vietvan [his take-out business].

"I like to experiment using many different ingredients and Vietnamese food is renowned for its many flavours and variety. It is also super healthy, fresh and spicy.

"It was a no brainer (to open a restaurant) - this is my home.”

Speaking about his famous sister, Nick revealed that Kate was a “massive fan” of his food, adding: “As any sibling would be, she is delighted and very excited for me.

"Kate is a great support and we have even talked about her having some input in the design of the space at Boxpark.”

We just hope that Kate dresses up as Nick’s Boxpark mascot for the grand opening.
