  • Kate Moss is all-over toned in a see-through "naked" dress that she wore out to an event in London this week.

Kate Moss is showing everyone that she is still the belle of the ball after donning a barely-there naked dress to step out for an event in London this week.

The 48-year-old model attended a party for Diet Coke (icons supporting icons, you love to see it) when she busted out a dress that left very little to the imagination. And she looked super chic, obviously. Kate’s see-through silver dress had intricate patterns, a plunging neckline, and showed off her incredibly toned core and legs. She paired the see-through dress with black undies, a strong lip color, and some simple chain necklaces for an effortless red carpet-ready look.

This strong moment comes as no surprise, because Kate has been a style icon for years, from her memorable Calvin Klein moments to her Burberry ads. But how does she stay so sculpted? Well, she attributes much of her strength to mindfulness and yoga.

“I’ve been meditating, doing yoga, just being much healthier,” she said on Instagram, adding “all of this stuff that can make you more grounded and balanced.” Yoga is a great low-impact workout that can help prevent injuries and tone targeted areas. Depending on the type of yoga you're doing, you can also get your heart rate up for a little cardio burst.

Kate told The Guardian that she’s allergic to the gym, but that she joined one in 2018 and noticed positive changes at the time.

“I worked out for an hour every consecutive day for a couple of weeks and it was enough that I really started to see the benefits, which I’d never really done before,” Kate shared. “I always thought ‘this is agony. I’m not coming back. This is torture’. But this time, I just kind of pushed through....Now I really enjoy it.” she said in an interview with The Guardian per Vogue.

Kate also practices the 80-20 method when it comes to her nutrition. This means she watches what she eats 80 percent of the time, and indulges for the rest. Her favorite green smoothie is called “Lumity,” she also shared with The Guardian. She also starts each day with a cup of Dawn Tea, which is very posh and British of her.

Her diet is supposed to keep one glowing from the inside out, and if Kate is an example, I’d say it’s working! Go, Kate, go.
