Kate Middleton's Pre-Coronation Style Evokes the Late Queen Elizabeth — and Meghan Markle!

Kate Middleton showed off her signature royal style ahead of King Charles III's coronation, with nods to both the late Queen Elizabeth as well as her sister-in-law Meghan Markle in the mix.

While greeting well-wishers at a Buckingham Palace luncheon with Prince William on Friday, Princess Kate wore a long-sleeved, white Jenny Packham midi dress with a small slit on the back of the skirt and black detailing on the collar and waist.

She paired the look with $795 Aquazurra Bow Tie Pumps in black, a Markle favorite, and a bouncy blowout.

Princess Kate accessorized with the royal family's Bahrain pearl drop earrings, which she previously wore to Prince Philip and Queen Elizabeth's funerals.

The earrings were a gift to the late Queen from the Hakim of Bahrain, and the Queen frequently wore them for formal occasions.

Later Friday, Kate met with First Lady Dr. Jill Biden and Ukraine First Lady Olena Zelenska at a special reception for overseas coronation guests.
