On Christmas Day, the royal family headed to church in Sandringham, where Kate Middleton dazzled in a gorgeous gray coat and Prince George and Princess Charlotte made their first-ever appearance at the royal Christmas walk.
As per tradition, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge joined Queen Elizabeth II and other members of the royal family, including Prince Charles, Duchess Camilla, Princess Beatrice, and Princess Anne, as they made their way to church services on the Queen’s Sandringham estate in Norfolk.
For the occasion, Middleton wore a custom Catherine Walker gray double-breasted coat that featured faux fur detailing on the neckline and sleeves and a belt at the waist, reports What Kate Wore. She completed her festive look with sheer black nylons, suede emerald green "Josie" pumps, and a matching green fascinator from Sylvia Fletcher for Lock & Co. that she's previously worn.

The event marks the first time Prince George, 6, and Princess Charlotte, 4, have appeared alongside their parents on the traditional Christmas morning walk. As for their one-year-old brother Prince Louis, he stayed at home since he's still a little too young for the tradition.
Prince George looked adorably dapper in a navy suit, while Princess Charlotte wore an adorable green, double-breasted coat that complemented her mom's accessories.
The young princess easily captured the hearts of the well-wishes, even stopping to hug a woman who gifted her a pink flamingo. Later on in the morning she was spotted sweetly curtsying as her great-grandmother passed by.
Ahead of the Christmas Day festivities, the royal couple shared a candid new portrait on the Kensington Palace Instagram account.
The photo, which was taken by Middleton at the family’s Norfolk home earlier this year, sees Prince William crouching down to give his youngest son a kiss as Prince George and Princess Charlotte smile at the camera.
"Merry Christmas! This photograph of The Duke of Cambridge, Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis was taken by The Duchess of Cambridge in Norfolk earlier this year," the caption read. "We wish all our followers a very happy and relaxing Christmas Day."
