Kate Middleton Is Super Pissed About Reports That She’s Feuding With Her “Rural Rival” Rose Hanbury
Kate Middleton is upset about tabloid reports that she’s feuding with her friend Rose Hanbury.
Rose lives near Kate and Prince William’s country home with her husband, and she’s been dubbed Kate’s “rural rival.”
Today in extremely posh Kate Middleton drama, the duchess is reportedly super pissed about a new series of tabloid reports claiming that she’s feuding with yet another person in her life. Which...like...she probably has better things to do than argue with everyone all day, guys!
Either way, Kate is NOT having British tabloid The Sun’s claims that she’s had a falling out with one of her glamorous friends in the country named Rose Hanbury. The tabloid claims Rose is Kate’s “rural rival” (lol, kay) and that Kate has asked Prince William to have her “phased out” of their friend group.
However, royal reporter Richard Kay tells The Daily Mail that there’s no truth to these reports and both sides are so upset that they have “considered legal action.” However, since “none of the reports have been able to offer any evidence about what the so-called dispute is about, they have chosen to ignore it.”
A family source also tells Kay that “these hurtful rumors of a fallout are simply false. William and David [Rose’s husband] were in touch with each other over the weekend, not knowing whether to laugh or complain. Both wives are hurt by the suggestion that there is any argument or even a coolness between them. They have plans for future events involving their charity.”
FYI, Rose and David live just a few miles from Anmer Hall, Kate and William’s country home, in a place called Houghton Hall (what, you don’t also live in a hall?), so you can imagine how awkward this is.
