Kate Middleton is all smiles in Alexander McQueen amid royal turmoil

And the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are back!

Days after Prince Harry and Meghan Markle announced they were stepping back from their roles as "senior royals," Prince William and Duchess Kate stepped out in Bradford, West Yorkshire, on Wednesday to tour the diverse UK city and meet with community leaders.

The couple kicked off their tour with a visit to city hall in Centenary Square to meet with Bradford locals. The couple later toured MyLahore’s flagship restaurant to spend time with the staff and sip on Kulfi milkshakes.

MyLahore is a British Asian restaurant chain inspired by the cosmopolitan city of Lahore, Pakistan, the food capital of the country. Kate and Will had spent time in Lahore during their five-day tour of the country, where they learned about economic development, how the country is combating climate change and various education initiatives.

On Wednesday, the duchess paid tribute to her visit to the South Asian country with her jewelry. Her intricate $8 ceramic drop earrings were designed by Pakistani jewelry retailer Zeen: She's worn the piece a few times in the past -- once during a visit to the Aga Khan Centre and again during her second day in Pakistan.

Kate also opted for a hunter green Alexander McQueen coat and printed Zara dress, which she accessorized with Gianvito Rossi pumps and an Aspinal of London Handbag.

The couple will also visit Bradford's Khidmat Centre, which helps Bradford's minority population, as well as the organization Better Start Bradford, which supports pregnant women with its various projects.
