Kate Middleton and Prince William left their British residence for a short French excursion on Friday. Now on day two of their trip, the royal couple set off for the Invalides to have a heartfelt meeting with first responders and survivors of Paris' November 2015 attack and Nice's 2016 Bastille Day attack.
The duchess and prince praised the victims for the bravery and resilience, and after meeting the royals, one survivor told Express UK, "It feels very important to tell these stories and be listened to."
The two also made a little time to kick it with some young rugby fans.
Kate, being Kate, of course had no problem tossing the ball around in her beautiful navy tweed Chanel ensemble, (totally fitting for Paris, right?) complete with a waist belt and burgundy Chanel handbag.
So far, day two looks like a success for the pair.
