Kate Hudson is a proud mom.

On Friday, the 42-year-old actress shared a video of herself working out at home with her daughter Rani Rose, 3, who was wearing an adorable pink and white striped dress and white tights. The pair did squats using weights, with Rani holding a small pink weight as she tried to keep with her mom.

"She did it!!! #startemyoung #healthypatterns #fableticscofounder #ranirose," Hudson captioned the video.

Celebrity friends and fans could not get enough of the sweet duo.

"Omg," Rachel Zoe commented.

"Yes! Strong mamas empower strong daughters! Raise her to know her worth!!!!" a fan wrote.

"Love this togetherness. What a great introduction to body awareness and strength and confidence for the little one," one user declared.

"Oh my sweet goodness! Dancing, exercising AND meditating already!! Miss Rani’s gonna take over the world," another added.

The athleisure guru and mother of three regularly shares her workout routines on social media, including a recent video showing her pushing and pulling a sled, at one point with her trainer, Brian Nguyen, standing on it.

During a recent interview with Women's Health, Hudson said that though she likes to go hard when it comes to her workouts, it's important to give yourself grace.

“This is what I built Fabletics on: You don’t have to go from zero to 100," she said. "I think we all put a lot of pressure on ourselves and I think we need to stop. Put one foot in front of the other and [don’t] try to be everything at once. Just take deep breaths and honor the process and know that there’s going to be great days and there’s going to be hard days, and it’s all okay."

She also noted that fitness is just one of many components of a healthy wellness routine.

“I think one of the most important things we can do for our happiness, our health, and for our connections to people—which is a huge part of our wellness—is to [put the phone down]," Hudson continued. "We need to tuck them away for hours. We shouldn’t bring them to the table, we should put them away with our children. We should be connecting with each other."
