Kanye West and Irina Shayk Have Broken Up

Kanye West and Irina Shayk have called it quits.

The "Ultralight Beam" rapper and the Russian supermodel have reportedly broken up after two months of dating. The couple was first spotted together during West's 44th birthday last June in Provence, France. Multiple reports later said that West, 44, and Shayk, 35, had been seeing each other for weeks after their relationships ended with Kim Kardashian and Bradley Cooper, respectively.

Sources told People that the couple were keeping their relationship casual before the breakup. "It was never a serious thing that took off," one source told the outlet.

Another source added, "Kanye has been busy working and spending time with his kids. This is his focus. He doesn't have time to date right now. He finds Irina amazing though. They remain friendly."

West and Shayk were reportedly seeing each other for a while before their France getaway. Sources told People in June that Kardashian, who filed for divorce from West in February, had been aware of their budding relationship for weeks.

"It doesn't bother Kim that Kanye is dating," an insider told the outlet. "Her only concern is their kids. She wants Kanye to be present and spend as much time with them as possible. The kids love when Kanye is around."

Kardashian recently publicly supported West at two listening parties for his new album Donda. The Keeping Up With the Kardashians alum wore coordinating outfits with West and their four children, North, 8, Saint, 5, Chicago, 3, and Psalm, 2, on both nights. The pair have reportedly been co-parenting their children since February, with Kardashian recently taking care of the kids in L.A. while West works on the album.
