Even celebrities can’t resist making jokes on Instagram sometimes. And Justin Bieber’s recent Instagram comment is spot-on.

British Formula One driver and face of Tommy Hilfger Lewis Hamilton shared a photo of himself and Anna Wintour cheering for Serena Williams at Wimbledon on Saturday. Well, he’s clapping, but Wintour isn’t exactly cheering. Instead, the Vogue editor-in-chief is standing with her hands clasped in front of her, with a hint of a smirk on her face.

Of course, the photo is just a passing moment in time, but it’s still a pretty funny one, and Bieber was quick to point out that Wintour’s pose isn’t what you’d typically see from excited sports fans. “Anna looks like a super villain,” the newly engaged Bieber commented on Hamilton’s post. “Like she plotting to take over the world.” Hamilton clearly found the response funny too — he responded to Bieber’s comment with two laughing-face emojis.

Aside from Bieber’s observation about Wintour’s pose, what’s noteworthy about his comment is that he is apparently on a first-name basis with one of the most powerful women in the fashion industry. The two of them did both appear in 2016’s Zoolander 2, so they might have become friends on set.

It would be an unlikely pairing, but it’s possible the two of them really are friends and that Wintour would find Bieber’s comment as funny as Hamilton did. Plus, Wintour called Bieber’s outfit from the 2015 Met Gala “one of my favorites.”

And as for Hamilton, he seems to be a friend of both Bieber and Wintour. In 2016, Bieber and Hamilton took a trip together that included jet-surfing and dirt-biking, the Daily Mail reported. That same year, Rolling Stone dubbed the two of them “basically BFFs.” Hamilton’s relationship with Wintour is less clear, though they both seemed to enjoy themselves sitting in Williams’s box at Wimbledon.

Hamilton has also made a name for himself in the fashion world, having collaborated with Topman and attending the Met Gala. Hamilton and Wintour also both attended the Yeezy Season 4 fashion show in 2016. So as unusual as it might seem at first, Bieber, Wintour, and Hamilton are fairly connected to one another. Fans probably won’t find out whether or not Wintour laughed at Bieber’s Instagram comment, but it definitely brought a laugh to Hamilton and his followers.
