Justin Bieber finally confirmed he's dropping a new album in 2020

The Beliebers must have been very good this year because Santa brought them a sack-full of gifts: the promise of a brand-new Justin Bieber single, a forthcoming 2020 album and corresponding tour, plus a documentary series all about the “10,000 Hours” singer. It’s all finally happening, and 2020 can’t come soon enough.

On December 24th, Bieber dropped a short video announcing all the goodies he has planned for the year ahead. Dubbed #Bieber2020, this album will be Bieber’s first in five years. His last album, Purpose, came out back in 2015.

We stan a deep Biebs.

A teaser of the album’s lead single, titled “Yummy” and set to drop on January 3rd, plays in the background while Bieber talks about #Bieber2020, calling the project, “different than the previous albums just because of where I’m at in my life.”

Tour dates in the foreground show that Bieber will launch a nationwide tour starting in May 2020 that will run through September.

As if this news weren’t exciting enough, the video also reveals that Beliebers are getting a Bieber docu-series. More details on the series will come out on December 31st, but Bieber teased, “We all have different stories. I’m just excited to share mine.” We’re thinking his story will definitely include his 2018 marriage to Hailey Baldwin, allusions to his past romance with Selena Gomez, and maybe a few tidbits about the ongoing Scooter Braun drama.

We’re definitely going to keep our eyes glued to Justin Bieber’s Twitter feed to make sure we don’t miss any details about the plethora of new things headed our way in 2020. We have a feeling it’s all going to be yummy.
