Julianne Hough is all about celebrating when she finishes a workout. And the 33-year-old Dancing with the Stars alum just shared a new Instagram video that has us inspired to do the same.

In the clip, Julianne is whipping her hair and showing off her post-workout glow (plus incredible dance moves) to the beat of "Better Days" by Neiked, Mae Muller, and Polo G. Naturally, she's wearing a super-cute matching set: a pair of high-waisted leggings and a strappy crop top that totally show off her seriously sculpted abs.

"Post workout -slow mo- glow ✨," she captioned the video.

And her followers are loving the energy she is giving: Actress Ashley Greene commented, "Love everything about this 🔥🔥🔥🔥." While musician and author Kaitlyn Kaerhart simply wrote, "👏."

Julianne obviously loves to dance, and she founded a fitness platform called Kinrgy. "It's a high-sensory activated dance method," Julianne told Women’s Health. "We open up our senses, so we open up our imagination and connect to nature's elements."

She is also super consistent with her gym workouts. Earlier this month, she shared a video of herself doing an intense circuit workout with trainer Mark Harari that included chest presses, chest flys, weighted lunges, core work, deadlifts, and cardio (plus, some dance moves!).

And she also loves to incorporate Pilates. Case in point: She did a dance-inspired Pilates workout with Blogilates founder Casey Ho.

When she's not in the gym, she likes to get active outside And she's a big fan of snowboarding.

Of course, Julianne also focuses on her nutrition and eating well. She told Women's Health that she tries to avoid foods that cause bodily inflammation, which includes a pre-workout drink that is a concoction of lukewarm water, lemon, celery juice, a green superfood drink, apple cider vinegar, and an adrenal supplement. Breakfast is often a smoothie packed with avocado, almond butter, almond milk, spinach, protein powder, blueberries, and a banana. And dinner is usually has grilled chicken or salmon with steamed or grilled veggies for dinner.

But she doesn't restrict herself. "I love tacos and guacamole," she said. "I love food!"

We love it, Julianne!
