Julianne Hough Is Sculpted All Over In A Barely-There Dress And Undies In NYC

  • Julianne Hough flaunted her epic fashion sense with an iconic fall 'fit this week: a see-through, knit dress with side and center cut-outs.

  • The dancer got busy putting her mega-toned abs and legs on full display while walking around Manhattan.

  • Julianne attributes her strength to Pilates classes, and her go-to dinner includes salmon or grilled chicken, veggies, and dark chocolate for dessert.

Julianne Hough just found the perfect in-between for the transition from summer to sweater weather. Don't say goodbye to your strappy bralettes or bikinis just yet, because Jules has the solution for transforming these summer items into the perfect fall layering situation.

While roaming the streets of NYC, Julianne was looking so darn cozy in a see-through, knit dress with matching black undies and bra under the sheer outfit. And, thanks to some perfectly placed cut-outs, everyone now knows just how sculpted Jules' core really is.

Also, I just need to take a moment to appreciate that purse. The red, heart-shaped side bag is the ultimate pop of color and iconic accessory for an already impressive 'fit. You go, Jules!

Aside from her killer dance skills and Broadway performances, Julianne stays active by incorporating Pilates into her fitness routine. She's previously shared moments from her reformer Pilates classes on Instagram, showing videos of herself squatting while holding a Pilates ring, which simultaneously tones her arms, booty, and core.

You can also tune in to Julianne's exercise classes on her fitness platform, KINRGY. The classes combine elements of tai chi, qigong, energy work, strength training, and cardio in easy-to-follow movements.

“I believe we’re all dancers,” Julianne told Women's Health. “We were much more self-expressed when we were kids. I’m trying to help people reconnect back to that inner child."

I'm in—anything that'll help me dance like Jules!

As for Julianne's diet, she loves a good post-workout shake, especially one that features avocado, almond butter, spinach, protein powder, and banana, she told WH.

Julianne's go-to dinner typically consists of grilled chicken or salmon with steamed or grilled veggies. For dessert, she likes something sweet, so she keeps dark chocolate in the freezer.

Love the 'fit, Julianne!
