For context, in 2020 Wang was accused of sexual assault by multiple people. In a statement to the New York Times, Wang denied the "baseless and grotesquely false accusations." A few months later, he posted on Instagram saying that he will "set a better example" and "do better" going forwards. This came around the time it was reported that Wang had met with 11 of his accusers.

Wang had his first fashion show post-allegations last year in LA — which included models like Candice Swanepoel, Adriana Lima, and Alessandra Ambrósio — but hadn't shown at New York Fashion Week in three years.

Even though Wang's show was not part of the official New York Fashion Week calendar, more than 150 guests still attended his runway show this week — including Anna Wintour, Nikita Dragun, and Ava Max.

And, one of the runway models was none other than Julia Fox.

She also appeared in a TikTok on Wang's page, being interviewed by Nikita Dragun, saying that she felt "like a sexy siren, ready to suck souls."

After facing criticism for partaking in the show, Julia wrote in a now-deleted comment on TikTok, "I love cancel culture but we do need to leave room for rehabilitation and for those who put in the work and heal and learn from their mistakes."

This isn't the first time Julia has worked with Wang in recent years. Images of her shopping in Alexander Wang underwear previously went viral, and she appeared in a campaign for Wang last year.

She's not the only celebrity to have worn Wang in recent years — one of Rihanna's maternity looks last year was custom-made by the designer — but, given her track record of speaking about gender and sexuality, we'll see whether Julia chooses to address the criticism further.
