Make the Juiciest Turkey Burgers At Home Like the Professionals
- This mild vegetable is the key to creating moist turkey burgers. All you have to do is grade it and add it to your turkey mixture. You'll never have a dry burger again. So I add a little bit of kosher salt to the zucchini and give it a little toss. It's going to draw out all of the excess moisture in that zucchini. Add it to that turkey.
I'm adding Worcestershire, but you could always use soy sauce or Bragg's, which is an amino acid. It just gives it that extra little zing. I'm going to grill it in a hot grill pan. And then I'm going to finish it off in the oven. That way it keeps the burger really moist. And I love that the zucchini in this burger means I don't have to add any other filler. Perfectly moist, delicious burger-- plus the zucchini means I don't have to feel guilty about having fries as my side.
