It may still be in the 80s most days in Phoenix, but that isn’t stopping Danish model Josephine Skriver from taking advantage of fall fashion trends. In fact, the 30-year-old is enjoying typical seasonal styles, but adding her own spin to make them warm-weather appropriate.
It’s leather weather in most locations throughout the U.S., and Skriver is wearing the typical fall and winter material, despite the hot temperatures where she resides. Forget leather jackets and pants if you’re in Arizona (or anywhere warmer, for that matter), and opt for the model’s pick: a black strapless leather sheath dress. She flaunted the figure-hugging style in a recent Instagram post from her fashionable moment in the desert.
Skriver posed in front of a light tan stone wall in her dress and complementary rectangular black sunglasses.
“YES JO!!! So stunning,” the official IG account of her activewear company, JOJA, gushed in the comment section.
“Lovely dress👏,” one follower said—a compliment we can, of course, get behind.
“You are so beautiful jo❤️,” another sweetly wrote.
The remainder of the comments were similarly minded, complementing the lovely new mother on her sense of style and her incredible beauty.
If nothing else, the post proves that leather doesn’t have to be reserved for the fall and winter months as exclusively as it is now. In fact, there are several ways to incorporate the material into your summer and spring wardrobe. But don’t just take our word for it, take Skriver’s.
