Jordan Clarkson has made an impressive pass in Sherman Oaks, selling his barely-broken-in mansion for $7.5 million. Not only is that well above the NBA baller’s original $6.8 million asking price, but it’s also way more than the $5.7 million the former Laker and current Utah Jazz player doled out for the house barely a year ago, back in late 2020. Records reveal the new owner bouncing into the contemporary digs is Denver-based DJ and EDM producer Nick Miller, known professionally as Illenium.

Not familiar with Illenium? The prolific entertainer, 31, first burst onto the music scene back in 2013, as a then-unknown bedroom producer. He went on to win “Remix of the Year” at the 2017 Electronic Music Awards for “Say It.” His 2019 album “Ascend” peaked at No. 14 on the Billboard charts; and the Forbes “30 Under 30” list-maker — and recovering drug addict — has emerged as a regular at music festivals from Coachella to Bonnaroo. Illenium (a play on the word “millenium”) has also collaborated with popular artists such as Kill the Noise, Excision, Call Me Karizma, Bahari and The Chainsmokers.

Built in 2019 — and styled in that ubiquitous modern farmhouse vernacular — the walled and gated structure is fronted by an expansive brick motorcourt, and counts six bedrooms and eight baths in 8,000 square feet. Throughout the two-story home’s somewhat rustic yet chic interiors are bespoke woodwork and lighting, plus seamless indoor-outdoor living spaces. Ritzy amenities encompass a movie theater with drop-down projector, loft-like living area and an executive office separated from the “showroom” garage by a glass wall.

A gourmet kitchen is outfitted with high-end Wolf and SubZero appliances, a spacious center island with a breakfast bar and a butler’s pantry, and an adjoining family room rests under a vaulted ceiling and features a soaring fireplace adorned in book-matched quartz slabs.
