Jolin Tsai's mother helps in picking the right music

15 May - Jolin Tsai is excited to be working alongside her mother to spread the love through her new song, loosely translated as "Pay it Forward".

As reported on Beautimode, the singer revealed that she first heard the song being performed by a children's choir while she was working with an NGO called Buddhist Compassion Relief Tzu Chi Foundation.

So touched Jolin was by the performance, that she asked the producer if she could rearrange the song and release it as a single.

The producer then agreed to give it to her, in hopes that the song, which brings the message of love, can be spread to a larger audience through Jolin.

The singer revealed that after recording two versions of the song, her mother helped her decide on the more heartwarming version to be released to the public.

Jolin shared that the song is also a gift from her to her mother for Mother's Day.
