Even during the last 15 months while we’ve been working from home and traveling much less, our team has stayed on top of the most important developments in the design industry by connecting daily with established and emerging artisans, manufacturers, designers, and shop owners. These conversations have allowed us to discover some amazing insights that we can't wait to share with you.
This wealth of knowledge is the inspiration behind VERANDA Vetted, a new virtual event series hosted by our editors in which we’ll provide an in-depth look at top design trends, new market discoveries, emerging artisans, and industry developments that have caught our eyes lately. During these intimate events, our editors will share greater detail about not just what in the design world excites us today but why these findings are truly special.
First up: our Summer 2021 VERANDA Vetted, which will take place Tuesday, June 29, at 12:30 p.m. EST. For this inaugural event, we’ll showcase our curation of the very best new furniture, textile, tabletop, and accessory launches, including hot-off-the-press pieces from High Point Furniture Market June 2021. We’ll also fill attendees in on the most exciting new shop openings around the country, as well as take them on behind-the-scenes virtual tours of our favorite studios and galleries. Finally, we’ll answer attendee questions about what we share.
