Joanna Gaines Documents Snowy Adventure With Chip and the Kids in Sweet Montage

The family spent some quality time together in a winter wonderland.

Chip and Joanna Gaines have always been very family-focused, often showing their crew's adventures on social media, whether it's the daily tasks at their farmhouse or, in this case, a snowy adventure filled with skiing and other fun activities.

While on a recent family trip, Joanna made sure to document all the great moments, both chaotic and calm, and she shared it all as a video montage on Instagram.

Joanna captioned the update, "We loved the snow so much last week, we decided to bring a little back home with us ❄️."

She didn't say where they went, but someone in the comments claimed it was Deer Valley Resort in Park City, Utah.

In the montage, the Gaines family went skiing together—including a few small tumbles—worked on puzzles, made a lot of snowballs, and even played a unique game of tic-tac-toe, in which you had to bounce ping pong balls onto pieces of bread with peanut butter until you got three in a row.

Near the end of the clip, the family packed some snow in a cooler to take home. It then showed them back at their house, with their youngest, Crew, opening up the cooler, still full of snow, and making a snowball in warm Waco, Texas.

Of course, the clip included classic Chip moments too, with the 48-year-old hilariously struggling while trying to put skis on their 4-year-old.

Along with Crew, the couple has four more kids, Drake, 18, Ella Rose, 16, Duke, 14, and Emmie Kay, 13.

Fans of the family were very happy to see that the venture worked, with one writing, "What a great idea. A little vacation came home with you."

Chip and Joanna are about to celebrate their 20th wedding anniversary in May 2023, and the two have built a very successful, ever-expanding business called Magnolia.
