Joanna Gaines’s New Cookbook ‘Magnolia Table, Volume 2’ Is Officially Available for Pre-Order

Joanna Gaines is cooking up something good—again.

Somehow, in between working on her TV network and running an empire, the 40-year-old Fixer Upper alum found the time to drop a brand-new cookbook. That’s right: Magnolia Table, Volume 2 is now available for pre-order and our mouths are already watering.

Gaines announced the news in a blog post and on social media, and in true Joanna style, there’s an accompanying video.

Gaines debuted her first cookbook, Magnolia Table, in April 2018 and it went on to become the second-highest-selling book of the year (not just in the cookbook category—we’re talking all books) behind only Michelle Obama’s memoir, Becoming.

Magnolia Table shared the Gaines family’s favorite recipes, but the lifestyle doyenne’s Magnolia Table, Volume 2 appears to have forced her out of her comfort zone and into the kitchen to develop 145 new recipes with the help of her husband, Chip, and their five children, Drake (16), Ella (13), Duke (11), Emmie Kay (9) and Crew (1). In addition to dishes straight from Magnolia Table (their restaurant), Silos Baking Co. (their bakery) and Magnolia Press (their coffee shop).

The forthcoming cookbook includes recipes for everything from breakfast to dinner and breads, soups and sides. Some standouts include pumpkin cream cheese bread, zucchini-squash strata, chicken-pecan-asparagus casserole, lemon lavender tart and mushroom-gruyêre tart. Yum.

Magnolia Table, Volume 2 is available to pre-order now and hits shelves nationwide on April 7, 2020.
