Joan Rivers persuaded this Real Housewife to keep her pigtails

Real Housewives of New Jersey star Margaret Josephs stopped by The Morning Breath on Wednesday and gave us the lowdown on her iconic pigtails.

Josephs says she started wearing pigtails when she was a kid and started doing it again in her 20s. Then at one point she began thinking about not wearing them anymore, but that’s when she met Joan Rivers, who convinced her otherwise.

Rivers said to her: “Don’t ever change — wear the pigtails. It makes you stand out from every blonde in the room … don’t give up your trademark.”
