[LAUGHS]

KYLIE MAR: Kate Hudson joined to Jimmy Fallon on "The Tonight Show" from quarantine Monday night, where the two reminisced about their time together making "Almost Famous." And Jimmy couldn't help but get a little flustered when Kate brought up this clip of Jimmy from 2018.

JIMMY FALLON: One, two, three. Kate Hudson.

KATE HUDSON: I don't have one.

JIMMY FALLON: Wait. What?

[LAUGHTER]

KATE HUDSON: You have to say the question.

JIMMY FALLON: Do you have a co-star you thought you could have dated but didn't?

KYLIE MAR: Just add this to Jimmy's growing list of missed opportunities, as he also once blew it with Nicole Kidman.

KATE HUDSON: If you would have actually made a move, I would've totally gone-- I would've totally gone there.

JIMMY FALLON: No, you would not.

KATE HUDSON: Yes! Of course! I remember thinking to myself, like, why has Jimmy never made, like, a move? And then I just kind of realized, like, oh, well, he's not into me like that.

KYLIE MAR: It was around the same time that Kate met Black Crowes front man, Chris Robinson, whom she'd later marry. And Fallon is now married with two children.

But Kate couldn't help but wonder.

KATE HUDSON: I was the single girl, and I was in New York, and, you know, life was what it was, like, you know. If you would have been like, hey, like, you know, who knows? Who knows? Our whole life projectory could have been different, Jimmy.

JIMMY FALLON: Everything turned out perfect.

KATE HUDSON: Exactly--

JIMMY FALLON: Everything--

KATE HUDSON: --the way it was supposed to.
