Jessie J has never been shy about showing off her amazing body. (The pop singer, 31, is also dating Channing Tatum, whose bod ain't half bad, either.) She shared a stunning bikini pic in March (in which she showed off a bit of cellulite), and another in May.

And now, she just shared an Instagram of her awe-worthy abs. While in London, the "Brave" singer showed off her toned midsection in a white bandeau and light peach two-piece suit. So, she's not only nailing ab #goals, but outfit #goals, too.

"Praying that my mate mercury in retrograde has a change of heart and decides to take herself out out... COZ BOIIII," she captioned her photo. (ICYDK, Mercury has been in retrograde since July 7 so... good luck out there, folks.)

But, to make her fans' Mercury retrograde just a teeny bit better, she also blessed the world with a video showing off her super cool suit. (And of course, those washboard abs.)

Now, they say abs are made in the kitchen, but shown in the gym. Well, turns out, Jessie J does a healthy mix of both.

Just this past June, Jessie opened up about the changes she made to her diet to help her fertility issues. And in July, she revealed that she went vegan to also help manage her chronic pain.

She shared, "I decided to manage the pain and do it naturally. So four years ago I cut out sugar from my diet to try and stop bacteria from building up in my body," she said. "Once I cut out sugar, I realized how much I began to enjoy food when it was good for me—and it was balancing out everything—my health, my moods, my sleep."

Workout-wise, Jessie has had to overcome some serious obstacles along her fitness journey. In 2017, Jessie revealed she has a her genetic heart condition, a disease called Wolff-Parkinson-White, which means she has an extra electrical pathway in her heart that causes shortness of breath and dizziness, per People.

"It doesn’t go away, sadly. It’s just something that I’ve had to deal with since I was a child, and it pushed me to get stronger. It’s just part of who I am," she told the publication.

But having gone through childhood surgeries, Jessie J has now learned how to monitor her body, so she won't burn out during concerts or workouts. "I do have to make sure I stay healthy and look after myself," she explained in 2017. "I kind of love that I have something that pushes me to be healthier."

And, as part of her partnership with Propel, Jessie encouraged people to workout "ugly" and not worry about how they look in the gym.

"For me it’s like, don’t care, stop judging yourself, get on with it, get sweaty, get fit. Who cares what you look like?" she said. "Don’t wear makeup; your hair’s going to be a mess. Just do it."

Jessie J also trains with Sonja Moses, a martial arts expert who's helped her prepare for tours. She had Jessie do a HIIT workout with these 5 killer moves.
