Jessica Alba and Her 11-Year-Old Daughter Took a 6 A.M. Cycling Class Together

Jessica Alba and Her 11-Year-Old Daughter Took a 6 A.M. Cycling Class Together Talk about mother-daughter #goals. Jessica Alba's 11-year-old daughter, Honor, joined her for her morning workout and totally killed it. The Honest Company founder posted about the experience on her Instagram Stories. The pair sweat it out at Cycle House, an indoor cycling studio in L.A. Alba told her daughter she's "so proud" of her, especially since they woke up early AF for the 6 a.m. class. "Your fitness is on point," Alba told her daughter. Cycling has always been one of Alba's go-to's, so it makes perfect sense that she'd ask Honor to tag along.
