Jessica Alba’s Brown Leather Pencil Skirt Is the Perfect Transition into Spring

Jessica Alba gave us a master class in elegant spring street style when she stepped out this week in New York City.
The Good Luck Chuck actress arrived at an event for her beauty brand, Honest Beauty, in Manhattan yesterday in an ensemble that consisted of a silky halter top with an asymmetrical black-and-white print, a brown leather pencil skirt, and a matching leather bag and pumps.
She accessorized with various beaded bracelets and gold hoop earrings. As for beauty, Alba left her hair down in beachy waves and flaunted a rosy makeup look.
On her Instagram Story, Alba shared various photos and videos from the event, including shots of her hugging and greeting attendees, as well as of them trying out her products.
The actress launched Honest Beauty in 2015, promising to deliver only the most natural products derived from botanicals and free of parabens, phthalates, petrolatum, sulfates, and harmful chemicals.
Her recent New York City event celebrated the release of the beauty brand's Fresh Flex concealer. Alba shared a makeup tutorial on her Instagram using the product.
"My everyday concealer vibe 💁🏽♀️✨ perfect the days I'm going for a natural (I swear I'm not tired) lewwwk," she wrote in the caption.
Alba's natural beauty looks never disappoint on the red carpet—and neither does her fashion. This March, the star attended the Vanity Fair Oscar party in a strapless navy semi-sheer gown by Carolina Herrera.
"Still recovering from Sunday - what a niiight! 💫✨ s/o to my team, love y'all 🤍," she captioned an Instagram post featuring a series of photos from the night.
