'Jeopardy's' Amy Schneider Shares Sweet Photos From Her Wedding

Amy Schneider announced that she has married the love of her life

The Jeopardy! champion took to her Twitter to announce that she and Genevieve Davis have tied the knot.

Schneider shared a series of photos of her and her now wife as they said "I do." The lovely couple both wore white for the occasion, along with flower crowns atop each of their heads, as they smiled at each other and shared a kiss during the photo op. 

"A year ago today, I was in LA, waiting to fulfill a dream. The year since has been full of good days, but by far the best one was May 9th, when Genevieve and I got married," Schneider wrote in the caption. "Without her, none of the other good days would have happened. I’m so lucky to share my life with her!"

The Jeopardy! contestant also took to her Instagram to share one of the photos she posted on Twitter, along with another statement regarding their marriage. 

"Genevieve and I are delighted to announce that on Monday, May 9, we were married in a small private ceremony at the Alameda County Recorder," she wrote.

"We will still be having a traditional wedding & reception next summer, but our lives have been much too busy this year to get very far in planning it, and we couldn't wait that long to proclaim our love and commitment to each other.

She finished off the caption by sending her gratitude to fans, writing, "Thank you, everyone, for your support!"

Schneider has won 40 consecutive games on Jeopardy! ranging from Nov. 2021 to Jan. 2022 and has become the highest-earning female contestant in the game show's history, winning 1.4 million dollars, according to TODAY

She was also the first transgender contestant to qualify for the game show's upcoming Tournament of Champions, which fans will be able to watch on Oct. 31.
