A new chapter is unfolding for Jeopardy! and its co-hosts Ken Jennings and Mayim Bialik.

On the heels of the Jeopardy! legend and Big Bang Theory alum being officially named the successors of Alex Trebek, the duo is showing fans how united they are on and off camera. As fans may know, Ken is currently busy filming new episodes for season 39 while Mayim is working on her Fox sitcom Call Me Kat. But in the between takes, Ken is making a cameo in the upcoming season 3 premiere of Mayim’s show. Though exciting, in the midst of celebrating his first acting gig, the former Chase co-star had to clear up a misunderstanding about the show on Twitter.

Shortly after TV Insider broke the news on August 17, Ken confirmed his guest role on Twitter. “I'm seein' double here! Four @Jeopardy hosts!” he wrote in a retweet.

Unsurprisingly, Jeopardy! fans were elated by his latest career milestone. That said, there was a particular comment about a fellow Jeopardy! champion that caught Ken’s eye.

“Why is Amy Schneider back on as a contestant? It is not fair to the [new] players. I won't watch Jeopardy while she is on. I know she is your favorite winner,” one person wrote in his Twitter comments section. Within minutes, the Jeopardy! co-host shut down any confusion about the show's summer schedule with a direct response. “It’s a rerun Dina! Settle down!” he replied.

In case you're confused about the constant reruns as well, they should stop once the new season of Jeopardy! begins on September 12, per Newsweek.

Despite the inquiry, many folks flooded Ken with congratulatory messages on Call Me Kat’s official Twitter. “Love you both @KenJennings @missmayim ❤️❤️❤️,” a follower commented. “Oh goodness, the Ken or bust Jeopardy crowd’s collective head will explode. 🤯,” another added. “Love this! Is he going to open a bookstore in the neighborhood?” a different fan said.

According to TV Insider, Ken’s appearance on Call Me Kat will be short and sweet. He’s set to play himself flying on an airplane, in which he's seated next to Mayim’s titular character. The series will pick up from the season 2 finale with Kat going to Paris. Although Ken will try to sleep on his trip, he'll actually hear all about Kat's adventures in the City of Lights.

We can already imagine the scene!
