Jennifer Lopez’s Daughter Made a Video to Cheer Up ‘the Best Mom in the Whole Entire World’
Jennifer Lopez officially has the sweetest daughter. Emme Maribel Muñiz recently recorded a video to cheer up her mom whenever she's feeling down, and it's seriously the cutest thing.
Lopez shared the recording in an Instagram post on Friday to commemorate National Daughters Day, writing, “Happy #nationaldaughtersday to this lil coconut... you are my sunshine and my whole heart...☀️☀️☀️🎶🎶🎶.”
In the video, Emme gushes over her mom in secret. “Hi mom! I just wanna let you know that you're the best mom,” the 12-year-old started off. “Actually, you're over there. Yeah, you’re the best mom in the whole entire world and I couldn't ask for a better mom.”
“And I really miss you and I love you and yeah. I want to make this before you come over because it's supposed to be a surprise but yeah, I really love you and you're the best mom in the whole entire world and I don't know what I would do without—well, technically nothing,” she continued. “But I don't know what I would do without you and I love you very much and yeah…you're gonna watch this whenever you're sad or gonna miss me because I miss you too!”
It's unclear exactly when the video was recorded, but we have to imagine that Emme is getting plenty of quality time with her mom as the Lopez crew quarantines with A.Rod's pack in Los Angeles. One thing we do know: Emme looks more like her mom every day.
Lopez shares twins Max and Emme with her ex-husband Marc Anthony, and it's clear J.Lo's daughter got more than just her parents’ good genes. Back in February she stole the Super Bowl halftime show when she joined her superstar mom onstage. In retrospect, that was probably the biggest concert of the year. Surrounded by other kids, she sang the opening bars of Lopez's hit “Let's Get Loud,” impressing the world with her vocals and apparent lack of nerves, before belting out a few lines from Bruce Springsteen's “Born in the U.S.A.”
Should we just rewatch the whole halftime show really quickly? Couldn't hurt.
