  • Jennifer Lopez shared a teaser for her Super Bowl LIV halftime performance.

  • Wearing a cropped sweatshirt and leggings, J.Lo’s abs look insanely toned as she rehearses for the big night.

  • The Hustlers star will share the stage with Shakira Sunday, February 2.

Super Bowl 2020 is just around the corner, and while many are worrying about whether the Chiefs will defeat the 49ers, we’re over here gaping at Jennifer Lopez’s abs as she gears up for halftime show with Shakira. On Thursday, J.Lo shared a video teasing her performance on Instagram.

In the video, the Hustlers star takes a break from singing and dancing to joke around that she’s about to sprint across the field, mic in hand. “Ready to go!” she insists as she jumps up from the ground. “Just be out here on the 25-yard line waiting for my cue.”

The 50-year-old singer is prepping in a pair of leggings and a cropped Guess sweatshirt—and her abs are definitely stealing the show! She captioned the video, “waiting for my cue like ... Only 🔟 days until #SuperBowlLIV! ✨🏈 ✨ The countdown is on. Are you ready?” (Oh, we most certainly are!)

Shakira, 42, who will share the stage with J.Lo next week, also gave us a glimpse behind the scenes. On Thursday, the Colombian popstar posted an Instagram shot of her mid-jump on stage during rehearsals, captioning the photo, “10 days / días… #SBLIV.” She followed up with a similar post to J.Lo, which was originally shared on her TikTok.

Shakira tosses a football to a friend. “Ten days until Super Bowl. Stepping up our preparations! 🏈 “ she writes in the caption. (Put her on the field, coach!) She’s also been hitting the gym to get ready for the big night. Last week, the mom of two shared an Instagram video of her squeezing in a dumbbell workout, while her kids play with gym equipment around her.

Clearly, the iconic duo is ready to take the stage—and they feel proud to represent their culture. “I think it’s super important for two Latina women to be headlining the Super Bowl, especially right now in Trump’s America,” Lopez told The LA Times in November. “So for me, it was something that I was excited to do.”

“I’m used to feeling a little bit of nervous energy and butterflies and everything before I’m getting ready,” she continued. “And a minute or two before, right when I’m about to go out and everybody’s rolling and I’m staring at the crowd and they can’t see me, it just goes real quiet. And something drops into my body where calm is your superpower. And then you’re in control.”

We know J.Lo and Shakira’s halftime show will be epic. Catch Super Bowl LIV at 6:30 p.m. ET. on Sunday, February 2.
