Behind the scenes, she's also a mom of two. Many of the superstar's social media followers probably recognize Emme and Maximilian Muñiz, whom J.Lo shares with her ex-husband Marc Anthony, from sweet selfies like this one that have periodically surfaced on her Instagram page over their lifetimes.

Those that do may find it hard to believe the twins — fondly dubbed "the coconuts" as babies by J.Lo herself — are already teenagers. But it's true! Weeks ahead of Emme and Maximilian's 14th birthday, which falls on Feb. 22, their mom reflected on watching her children turn into "little adults" and shared some tidbits about what she's learns from them as they grow.

"They're going to be 14 in a few days," J.Lo shared during an appearance on LIVE with Kelly and Ryan yesterday. "They're amazing first of all. And now they're adults. They're like little adults."

The Marry Me actor went on to praise Emme and Maximilian's intellect and emotional development. "They have their own lives, and they have all their own ideas about the world already. And, you know, they love to kind of like show you that they know things," she said, laughing.

"I feel like I learn so much from them, and they keep me kind of abreast with the world and how things are happening now and how kids are thinking," J.Lo continued.

As insightful and mature as they're becoming, J.Lo hasn't done away with Emme and Maximilian's original pet name. " I still call them coconuts," she said. "I think that they like it. I like to think that they like it."

<div><p>"I call them coconuts because they obviously are twins ...and when they were in the crib when they were very very little, you know their hair looks like coconut hair," she added. "And so I used to call them coconuts. And it just stuck."</p></div><span> ABC / Via <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HGcCebOCBs4" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank" data-ylk="slk:youtube.com;elm:context_link;itc:0;sec:content-canvas" class="link ">youtube.com</a></span>

J.Lo additionally shared brief comments about her rekindled romance with Ben Affleck, and how they plan to spend this upcoming Valentine's Day.
