In news that should surprise no one at this point, Jennifer Lopez was photographed in Monaco on Monday, July 26, wearing a “Ben” necklace. People has photos.
Presumably, that's “Ben” for Ben Affleck, who recently reunited with Lopez after they called off their engagement in 2004. It's only been the talk of the internet for months. We have a full timeline of their relationship, which truly does feel like a movie, here.
Lopez turned 52 on July 24, and it seems she used the occasion to go public with her Affleck romance. She posted a photo to her Instagram grid of them kissing—it's cheekily the last snap in a four-photo carousel. They also re-created that steamy yacht scene from the pop icon's “Jenny From the Block” video. You know the one: It's where Affleck is rubbing Lopez's bikini-bottom-clad bum. It seems Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck are letting pictures do the talking on their relationship—for now. Neither of them has said anything about the romance. However, “sources” and “insiders” have been spilling for months now. One insider told People they are “the loves of each other’s lives" and “madly in love.” And a source told E! Online, “She wants to give it a shot with Ben. They never really had closure and she has always wondered what could have been. The timing was never right and they were in different places until now.”
Before their reunion Affleck sung Lopez's praises in a story for InStyle. “She has great talent, but she has also worked very hard for her success,” he said. “And I'm so happy for her that she seems, at long last, to be getting the credit she deserves.”
