Jennifer Lopez Debuted Iridescent Purple Hair in a Teaser for Her New "In The Morning" Music Video

Jennifer Lopez switches up her hair color and style on a pretty regular basis, but it's definitely not every day, week — or even month for that matter — that we see the pop singer with purple hair. This week though, the beauty mogul revealed a new teaser for her forthcoming "In The Morning" music video, and one of her looks includes an iridescent, multi-colored purple wig, and violet eye shadow to match. (Cue our jaws dropping to the floor.)

The singer's go-to hair guy, Chris Appleton, was actually the first one to share a photo of the iconic look. The day after Christmas, he posted a photo of Lopez in her full ensemble with the caption, "Unicorn Barbie 🦄," which we can only imagine is in reference to her magical hue. Color aside, the duo decided on a long and pin-straight style with a sleek center part. The simple look allowed the amazing color to do all the talking.

On Sunday, December 27, Lopez shared two photos of the epic look on her Instagram Story, and she credited Appleton as the photographer. Naturally, fans have been flooding the stylist's comment section with messages like, "Love this!!!! 💗💗💗💗" "Yessss😍 this is a lookkkk," and "I'm so excited ❤️😍."

It goes without saying, but we can't wait to see this look in action when the full music video for "In The Morning" officially drops in 2021. In the meantime, we'll be here jamming out to the song itself while shopping for wigs like J.Lo's. After all, this would make one seriously cool Halloween costume for next year.
