  • Jennifer Lopez wore an all-white dress at CAA’s Golden Globes after-party.

  • It was her second look of the night—the first being a Valentino ball gown that she wore on the red carpet and to the ceremony.

The word glamour is synonymous with Jennifer Lopez. This is why one look is simply not enough on a given night. It’s a truth the mega-star proved again at the 77th Golden Globe Awards, when she changed from her Valentino ball gown, complete with an oversized green-and-gold bow, to something slightly less Christmas-inspired later that evening.

The 50-year-old actress attended CAA’s Golden Globes after-party in a gauzy dress by one of her stalwart designers, Zuhair Murad. She also let down her braided, beehive-looking updo for flowing curls that were tied into a half-ponytail.

The all-white look featured a long-sleeve lace top, sheer skirt over hot pants, and feathers on the sleeves. It gave off a very Vegas-showgirl vibe, which is a description that befits her, having had a concert residency on the Strip from 2016 to 2018. Or, if we’re sticking to the Christmas theme, she was a walking snowflake—albeit a very sexy one.

Her date, Alex Rodriguez, stuck to his black tuxedo, acting as the doting companion to his soon-to-be bride. He even released a heartfelt message on Instagram when J.Lo lost the best supporting actress trophy to Laura Dern.

“Jen, it doesn’t take a trophy, medal, or plaque to identify a true champion,” the caption read. “To millions of young women who have watched you and have been inspired and empowered to do amazing things in their lives, you are a champion.”

Indeed, when it comes to dressing for the red carpet, Lopez is a sartorial Meryl Streep.
