Jennifer Lopez Affleck Wore a Sheer White Dress With Unexpected Shoes in New Bennifer Pics

Jennifer Lopez Affleck is keeping the bridal vibes going as she steps out in California with her husband, Ben Affleck.

On September 4 the singer and the actor were spotted holding hands during a family outing to the Malibu Chili Cook-Off. Lopez Affleck paired a flowy sheer white maxi dress with an unexpected pair of red Adidas x Gucci slides. With her hair up in a claw clip, she accessorized the look with gold hoops, a gold necklace, and a Christian Dior tote bag. Meanwhile, Affleck wore a crisp blue button-up shirt with a pair of khaki pants, cream-colored sneakers, and aviator sunglasses.

I’m just going to say it: The way Lopez Affleck’s white dress and red slip-ons perfectly match the red can of Coke in her hand is giving extreme plandid vibes. I hope you got that Coca-Cola money, Bennifer! We already know Affleck is an equal opportunity soda drinker.

Okay, but how much did Coca-Cola pay J.Lo for this walking advertisement?

Convenient color scheme aside, what makes the Adidas x Gucci slip-ons “unexpected” is that Lopez Affleck is typically a big fan of heels unless she’s wearing athleisure, in which case she wears sneakers just like everybody else. Not to mention their $620 price tag.

Jennifer Lopez Affleck recently shared brand-new details about her lavish second wedding to Ben Affleck, which took place in Georgia in August. “It had rained at sunset every day that week. Everyone was worried about the heat, the aptly named ‘love bugs,’ the details, would the guests all arrive on time, etc.—not to mention the thunder and lightning that arrived almost on cue each day at the exact time the ceremony was supposed to start that Saturday,” Lopez Affleck wrote in her “On the JLo” newsletter on September 1.  “The truth is, I never had one doubt. All week I felt the calm and easy certainty that we were in God’s hands…”

She shared that they walked down the aisle to Marc Cohn's “True Companion,” the same song they’d originally chosen for their canceled wedding back in the early aughts. “The twenty years between those dreams of youth and the adult world of love and family we embraced that day, brought more to this marriage than either of us ever could have imagined,” wrote Lopez Affleck. “We weren’t only marrying one another; we were marrying these children into a new family.”

She continued, “Some old wounds were healed that day and the weight of the past finally lifted off our shoulders. Full-circle—and not at all the way we planned it. Better.”
