Jennifer Lopez opens up about her Christmas wish list: 'I have everything I want'

Jennifer Lopez is getting into the holiday spirit.

The 53-year-old is the latest celebrity to be grilled by Vogue for the magazine's "73 Questions" series. On Wednesday, the "On The Floor" singer posted a clip on Instagram from her interview, where she opened up about her favourite foods for the holidays and her thoughts on Christmas.

"We cook the same food every year, which I love because I wait for that food every year," Lopez explained when asked about a tradition that she and her family look forward to. "We cook pasteles and arroz con gandules and pernil, and all the specialities, so [Christmas is] my favourite. Plus, it's the most sparkly holiday of all."

When asked about what she wants for Christmas this year, the "Marry Me" and "Hustlers" actress had a simple answer.

"I have everything I want," she noted.

On Instagram and YouTube, fans showed their appreciation for the star, with many expressing their happiness for J.Lo to finally be interviewed on the series that's already covered celebrities like Adele, Taylor Swift and Lizzo.

"Seems like Jennifer Lopez is an insightful woman. She may have received extensive criticisms over the years, but she’s still going stronger than ever," one fan wrote on YouTube.

"Omg thank you, Vogue!!! I've been wanting her to do this for the longest, finally!!! What an icon. She's aging like fine wine. Love her so much!" another added.

"This Vogue interview is long overdue! She's so serene... Keep on giving, J.Lo," one person chimed in.

"Cured my depression, gracias," an Instagram user penned.

"Finally!!! I used to watch these questions with other celebrities and always thought, 'Why not J.Lo?!?!'" one person raved.

Besides the holidays, Lopez also opened up about the early days of her film career, how she relaxes and her pre-show rituals. The "Love Don't Cost A Thing" artist revealed some secrets during her interview, too, mentioning that "sleep" is her number one beauty tip.

"Locking myself in my bathroom all by myself, taking a bath, putting in the oils and the bath salts, putting on a little music, maybe reading a book," Lopez said when explaining her perfect day of self-care.

But when it came to fashion, Lopez didn't choose to reveal all her cards.

"My everyday style is very relaxed and kind of tomboyish, but with a little bit of sexy in it," Lopez shared.

"My favourite look of all time? I think people would think it was the green Versace dress because it's the most famous, but I would probably have to say it's too hard to choose."
