Jennifer Lopez has left the internet in shambles yet again. The 53-year-old "On The Floor" songstress was photographed in bed wearing a white lingerie set for an Intimissimi ad, and her legs and arms are totally toned. Jennifer paired the look with silver jewelry and a matching white robe.

Based on her caption, it's pretty clear that J.Lo is a firm believer in looking good while feeling amazing. "#ThisIsMe … 🤍 #SelfCare #HappyWeekend #TakingAMoment," she wrote.

Curious to know how the superstar stays so fit? For starters, Jennifer does dance-heavy performances that require hours of rehearsal before she takes it to the stage. But when she's not prepping for her next big show, she's in the gym hitting the weight rack.

She also trains under fitness coaches Dodd Romero and David Kirsch. "She trains for roughly an hour, four to five times a week, focusing on different body parts each time," Romero previously told Oprah Daily.

Romero revealed that to get her killer abs, she does 50 hanging ab raises, 50 rope crunches, 50 incline sit ups with a 45 pound plate, followed by the same series of exercises at 35 reps and 21 reps. Oh, and she doesn't take breaks either. Pretty intense right?

As for her diet, Jennifer is a big fan of protein-based meals like egg whites, turkey, chicken breast, and grass-fed beef, along with salmon and sea bass, according to Romero, per Us Weekly. She also stays clear of any processed foods and simple carbs. And for a snack, she reaches for a handful of nuts everyday.
