Jennifer Lawrence Tries the Underwear-as-Outerwear Look
Jennifer Lawrence is on a roll (not literally, although she does trip a lot). While promoting X-Men: Apocalypse, she’s been serving up some supremely sexy ensembles. On Monday, the actress walked the red carpet in London wearing a silver Dior gown with a keyhole cutout. And while that look turned heads, she turned it up a notch for the afterparty.
Because she couldn’t even navigate the step-and-repeat without losing her balance, Lawrence ditched the treacherous-yet-stunning floor-length look for a tight sheath that hit just below the knees. The piece, which consisted of a see-through bustier top attached to a sheer floral bodice with lace trim, was certainly easier to hang in.
Lawrence, who’s been rocking a platinum blond bob as of late, paired the ’90s-style slip dress with lace-up Jimmy Choo heels, which are killer — although not as much as Mystique’s mutant powers.
