Ben Affleck talking to the media about how his divorce from Jennifer Garner was the "biggest regret" of his life hasn't gone unnoticed by the man now dating Garner. Us Weekly reports that Garner's businessman boyfriend of two years, John Miller, is not exactly happy that Affleck is talking about Garner so much in his press tour for his new film The Way Back.

Miller is becoming “uncomfortable with Ben’s interviews,” a source close to Miller told Us.

“John is empathetic to Ben’s struggles with sobriety, but he worries about how Jennifer has once again become her ex-husband’s focus.” The source added that it hasn't exactly been easy on Garner either, although the actress has not said a word about Affleck's interviews publicly. “The spotlight on Jennifer is intense and Ben needs to consider her feelings before speaking so publicly.”

Miller is completely supportive of Garner spending time with Affleck and their three children as a family. But he does feel a little threatened by Affleck, the source said: “John believes Ben would remarry Jennifer if she wanted to get back together. John wants to marry Jennifer but knows she isn’t ready yet."

Affleck's interviews about Garner aren't stopping. In People's new cover story with Affleck also out today, the actor spoke glowingly about his ex-wife and his feelings for her. When you have children with somebody you’re connected to them forever,” Affleck said. “And I’m very lucky she is the mother of my children.”

“I’m very grateful and respectful of her,” he continued. “Our marriage didn’t work, and that’s difficult. Both of us really believe that it’s important for kids to see their parents respect one another and get along, whether they’re together or not.”

“It’s important for my kids to know that I respect and care about Jen and she treats me the same way,” he said. “I have a lot of respect and gratitude toward her. And I wish her the very best.”
