How Jennifer Garner Feels About Her Ex Ben Affleck Hanging Out With Jennifer Lopez

Jennifer Garner and Ben Affleck settled their divorce in 2018, and the two have been co-parenting their three children, Violet, 15, Seraphina, 12, and Samuel, 9, since then.
On Friday, Page Six published a report that Lopez and Affleck, who are both single now, have been "spending time together in Los Angeles." Page Six reports that "security picks [Ben] up at a nearby location and drops him off after spending a few hours at her house." A source told the publication that Affleck and Lopez aren't striking up a new romance, but are, in fact, still just friends. "They've never not been."
A source told Entertainment Tonight that Affleck's ex-wife, Garner, is not upset that her children's father is hanging out with his ex-fiancé.

"Jen isn't bothered by Ben hanging out with J.Lo or anyone else. She wants what is best for Ben." The source added: "What matters most to her is Ben being a great dad," the source continues. "They've been in a good groove when it comes to co-parenting for a while and their kids' happiness is Jen's main priority."
In an interview with The New York Times last year, Affleck said that his divorce from Affleck was "the biggest regret of [his] life."
He continued:
"It's not particularly healthy for me to obsess over the failures—the relapses—and beat myself up,” he added, after taking a sharp breath and exhaling, per the Times. "I have certainly made mistakes. I have certainly done things that I regret. But you've got to pick yourself up, learn from it, learn some more, try to move forward."
