  • Jennifer Garner has got some serious strength, as evidenced by a brand new workout video on Instagram.

  • In the latest clip, the 49-year-old actress is working on several box and star jump variations and combos—and she's killing it! Talk about majorly impressive.

  • Jennifer works out with trainer Beth Nicely to stay in shape. They focus on HIIT, plus some dance and toning moves.

Jennifer Garner has got some serious jumping skills. The mom of three and Alias alum, 49, shared a video to her Instagram Stories of her latest workout with trainer Beth Nicely, founder of THE LIMIT fitness class (a mix of HIIT, dance, and toning), where she is working on her box jumps—including single-leg jumps and star jumps.

"Pause don't quit," she captioned the video.

Jennifer has been loving her jumping workouts lately. Just last week, our girl crushed a 24-inch box jump and it's amazing to watch. But this week, her moves were extra impressive:

And in another workout with Nicely earlier this month, the two once again practiced their jumping skills, doing impressive on-beat jumps onto a box (including rotational twists), showing off their super strength, speed and balance.

"Just trying to keep up with @jennifer.garner ♥️⚡️," Nicely captioned the video.

Jennifer has also worked with celeb trainer Simone De La Rue, founder of Body by Simone (who counts Crissy Teigen as a client). She worked with De La Rue back in 2018 while she was prepping for her role in Peppermint.

“Jen and I have been working together for over four years. We train five to six times a week, sometimes at her house, sometimes at the studio, depending on what time of the day,” De La Rue told Us Weekly. “She is my gold star pupil. I joke that sometimes I am unsure who the trainer is, her or me. She is extremely dedicated and one of the most hardworking mums I know.”

As for Jennifer's diet, she likes to eat (mostly) healthy. She often works with nutritionist Kelly LeVeque, who shared with ABC News that Jennifer "makes salad from scratch from her garden every day." And Jennifer often gives everyone a glimpse of her impressive backyard garden, where she grows squash, rows of tomatoes, hearty cucumbers, and herbs. She also has an organic farm, Once Upon a Farm, where she does lots of growing.

But she also treats herself, and on her Instagram hit cooking show #PretendCookingShow, she's always baking up lots of treats—from bagel bread, sweet potato pie, and ginger snaps, among other goodies. (And she always includes her recipes!)

Going to bake those ginger snaps ASAP!
