If you needed any more proof, we present her latest 'gram, in which she looks more chic while casually walking her dog than we mere mortals could hope to look on the best day of our entire lives.

"Girl’s best friend... bring Clyde to work day," Aniston captioned the post, which included one gorgeous photo of her walking her dog, Clyde, and an up-close selfie of her and her pet.

The cuddly selfie is adorable, of course, but it's the first picture—the dog walking picture—that really confirms the "Jennifer Aniston has mastered the secret of living her best life" theory. In the photo, she walks little Clyde in the (not too bright, not too overcast) sunshine while her hair blows in the wind (but not in her face), all while wearing the a short, pink floral Isabel Marant sundress that's everything you want an outfit to be: classy, sexy, cute, bold—basically all of the things.

Aniston's ex, Justin Theroux, was also grabbed by the photo during his daily Insta-scroll and took the opportunity slide into her comments to express some (literal) puppy love.
