Jennifer Aniston gushes over ex-husband Brad Pitt, calling him ‘wonderful’
Jennifer Aniston has gushed about her ex-husband and Friends co-star Brad Pitt, ahead of the Friends: The Reunion airing tomorrow [27 May].
In an interview with Access, Jennifer Aniston, Courtney Cox and Lisa Kudrow (who played Rachel Green, Monica Geller and Phoebe Buffay) discussed their favourite celebrity cameos of the iconic sitcom.
While there were honourable mentions to Reese Witherspoon (who played Jill Greene), Paul Rudd (Mike Hannigan) and Giovanni Ribisi (Frank Buffay Jr.), Jennifer also gave a shout out to her ex-husband, "Mr Pitt."
"Mr Pitt. He was wonderful, he was fantastic," recalled Jennifer.
Jennifer and Brad got married in 2000, with Brad making his guest appearance on Friends a year later as Will Colbert (a.k.a the president of the I Hate Rachel Greene club in high school). As one of Hollywood's A-List couples, the world tuned in to see the IRL couple bicker with each other onscreen.
Jennifer and Brad divorced in January 2005, after Brad met Angelina Jolie on the set of Mr and Mrs Smith. Although they've been separated for well over a decade, the pair have remained amicable, with fans going absolutely berserk at photos of their reunion at the SAG Awards in 2020.
