During a Zoom chat with her former Friends costar Lisa Kudrow, Jennifer Aniston admitted to watching bloopers from the beloved sitcom at home.
"Sometimes [watching bloopers] was more entertaining than the show itself," admitted the actress.
Much like the rest of us, Jennifer Aniston can't resist indulging in a rerun episode of Friends.
The SAG Award–winning actress reunited with her friend and former costar Lisa Kudrow during an at-home-filmed episode of Variety's Actors on Actors discussion series. During their chat, Aniston revealed that alongside thoroughly enjoying when she stumbles upon a rerun episode of the beloved sitcom, she also can't help revisiting fan-made compilations of hilarious bloopers from the series.
"This one time I was with Courteney [Cox], and we were trying to find something to reference, an old Friends thing," said Aniston. "And then we stumbled on—there's bloopers online, like, 15 minutes of bloopers—and we sat there at the computer like two nerds watching these bloopers laughing at ourselves."
"I've done it too," quipped Kudrow following Aniston's admission.
"And then we just went down this wormhole of 'I don't even remember that! Who came up with that?' Sometimes it was more entertaining than the show itself," added Aniston.
The entire cast of the hit sitcom were set to appear in a reunion special for HBO Max this summer following the show's 25th anniversary since its initial premiere. However, due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic, the reunion's been postponed.
Kudrow previously expressed her excitement for the highly anticipated reunion to The Sunday Times, saying, "No audience has seen us together since the show was over. We will reminisce, talk about what was going on behind the scenes. It's not us playing our characters. It's not an episode. It's not scripted. It's six of us coming together for the first time in I don't know how long," said the actress.
