On Tuesday evening, fans of Bachelor in Paradise were thrilled to see model Jordan Kimball propose to Jenna Cooper during the season five finale in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico.
According to Us Weekly, the two were already in the process of planning a televised wedding ceremony despite never having dated “in the real world.” Like most Bachelor relationships, theirs was a whirlwind, televised on the series from their initial meeting to the engagement.
Unfortunately, the excitement and thrill of the proposal’s airing were short-lived as cheating allegations (and evidence) came to the surface on Tuesday morning.
RealitySteve, a reality TV show blog, posted an article detailing an alleged affair between Jenna and a man who came to him to expose the affair, complete with text message screenshots. After a gushy exchange between the two, Jenna sends a wordy text describing her true feelings for Jordan.
“I know you’re upset about this week’s episodes but I told you yesterday and I keep telling you this is all for my business. You know how much I need the money. Me and Jordan aren’t together for real."
"I don’t even like him let alone love him. I’m better than him and once I’m able to break it off for good and make up some story to make him look bad if it’ll make you feel better,” it reads.
The anonymous sender apparently contacted RealitySteve because he feels that Jenna is a “manipulator” and he’s “tired of the bulls--t and calling her out.”
It’s hard to accept that a Bachelor in Paradise relationship may have been a lie. If we can’t believe in this show, then what can we believe in?https://t.co/LZfRqQboTy

Not thinking anything of it, he calmed her down and told her not to hype herself up. Shortly after, castmates started calling Kimball and sending him the screenshots. He says that he spoke to Cooper, who denies it, but feels that the allegations are true.
“I know my Jenna, and I read those texts and in my heart, I know it’s her,” he told People. “I don’t expect her to own it.”
After the news broke, Jenna released a statement, telling People that the allegations are untrue. She requests privacy from fans and the media, saying that she will be taking time to focus on her relationship with Kimball.
The feeling may not be mutual, as Kimball is struggling with the news. Kimball maintains that the relationship went beyond a cheap TV romance, but took to Instagram to share a heartfelt post detailing that he ultimately chose to end the relationship.
